Starting off as a side project during the Pandemic, founders Warren & Pablo, created a bottled cocktail business using unique ingredients from around the world. After months of experimenting, they created their first retail creation, CORIANDER LIQUEUR, which is a delightfully aromatic and citrusy liquor, created to showcase the incredible ingredients that grow in Alberta.

When you explore your backyard with fresh eyes, there’s no telling what you might find. Field Notes is an expression of the hidden wonders of the Canadian Prairies. Canada is the world’s largest producer and exporter of peas—almost all of which come from the Prairies.

Field Notes is the first company in North America to make spirits from distilled Alberta field peas.

Middleton's Bitters are made in small batches, hand crafted and uniquely spiced. They are designed to inspire the mixologist in you; Get creative and add them to the your favourite cocktail or recipe.

In 2016, founders Keenan & Jamie, put their heads and hearts together and created Edmonton's first local bitters company to complement the newly flourishing Alberta craft distillery community. Albertans were already enjoying a growing number of locally produced spirits, and they saw a unique opportunity to marry them with local bitters made from organic ingredients sourced from Alberta farms.

Their bitters use organic ingredients sourced from local farmers and businesses where possible, and are then hand-made and bottled without chemicals or preservatives.
