THE FORT DISTILLERY

SPIRITS OF THE PRAIRES

 

Started in 2018, The Fort Distillery, located in Fort Saskatchewan, AB, is a family-owned company that produces award-winning spirits and ready-to-serve cocktails.

 

Their goal is to craft unique experiences, and their products are a platform for that creativity. When the distillery first started, they were primarily known for its gins, liqueurs, and whiskies. The Distillery has quickly grown and now represents two massive brands, Tumbler and Rocks, and Mountain Pass Canadian Whisky.

 

Tumbler and Rocks is a line of ready-to-serve cocktails that come in six varieties: Margarita, Old-Fashioned, Shaft, Martini, Manhattan, and Espresso Martini. Tumbler and Rocks can be found in over 850 locations across North America, including Fairmont Hotel Group, Porter Airlines, and Rogers Place.

 

Mountain Pass Whisky is their other big brand that was launched at the beginning of 2022 and has quickly grown to be an easy-sipping whisky that can be found across Alberta. Mountain Pass Whisky can be found in venues such as Rogers Place as the house option, as well as over 350 locations across Alberta.

 Distillery Experience 

 

Located in Fort Saskatchewan, AB our Distillery opened up in 2018 and has quickly grown and scaled to what it is today. Here at the distillery, we are open for bottle sales from Tuesdays to Saturdays from 10am - 5pm. Prior to Covid our distillery was a fully operational bar but has since changed into a manufacturing facility for our products to be sold across western Canada and the US. We have two popular brands; Tumbler and Rocks and Mountain Pass Whisky, which is the house whisky of Rogers Place. Although we do miss being a bar and the community aspect that came with it, we are very excited about the direction the distillery has taken and look forward to future endeavours. 

 

The Distillery still offers open houses for bottle sales where you can come and grab a bottle of your favorite cocktail or spirit as well as tours.
