From a far-fetched idea to a full-fledged distillery. Copper Cork was started by four Alberta boys doing something they love. Their line of spirits has something for everyone, no matter what you wear to work.

 Distillery Experience 

When guests arrive, all of the owners and staff hope that they immediately feel right at home. Conveniently located in heart of historic downtown Vermilion, the warm and relaxed astrosphere of the lounge is the perfect place to unwind at the end of your day.

If you're lucky enough to visit when Todd (Master Distiller) is around, he's a wealth of information, full of mostly true stories and is always generous with his time and tastings. The taproom is welcome to all, whether you want a quiet casual visit with a friend, or a large group celebration.

Not sure what to order? the Staff will help you narrow it down (or not), offering samples of their lineup at any time. They sell everything they make at the distillery, so guests can always leave with something to carry on their experience should they choose to.

The taproom is also a popular choice for private events in the area, and they welcome guests to bring in catering from some of the very fine Vermilion bistros, bakeries, and even a local artisan cheesery.
