Meet Anohka!

(adj. m. uncommon, extraordinary, wonderful, strange, rare) 

Alberta’s newest farm to flask distillery, and they're here to redefine the Canadian spirits game. By marrying proven old-world distilling practices with cutting edge science and technology, their spirits aren’t simply an iteration of something you’ve tried before—they've live up to the true meaning of the word Anohka.

They use 100% natural ingredients, with inputs from their own backyard, and production processes inspired by century old practices. Their neutral grain spirit comes from the top Canadian producers which allows for a finished spirit that is both bold and unmistakable in taste - They even had to make their gin stronger just to keep up. Their approach to their whiskies will be just as thoughtful, using fire-heated copper stills that create deeper, more complex flavour profiles but still approachable enough for the whisky newcomer.

• Tempest Dry Gin | 47.2% ABV

An unfiltered London Dry style gin made with more than 10x the normal botanicals, sourced from around the world. Their distillation process leaves all of the aromatic oils and essences from the botanicals intact, creating an alluring translucence when the Tempest Dry Gin is chilled or mixed. Upon opening the bottle you’ll experience Resinous Juniper, weaving through Fresh, Bright Citrus and an Intoxicating Blend of Spices, all perfectly balanced. The harmony continues on the palate, for a perfectly articulated botanical freshness.

Distillery Experience ​​

The distillery and tasting room is now open! Located 20 minutes West of Edmonton, their 6,200sqft space hosts distillery tours and a tasting room.

Wednesday & Thursday: 12pm to 8pm
Friday & Saturday: 12pm to 10pm
Sunday: 12pm to 8pm
